UNDERWATER HOUSINGS

Coral Sea Television’s custom underwater housing fits all current 2/3” high definition cameracorders including; Sony’s HDW F900r, F900, F750 & F730, XDCAM HD and also Panasonic’s original Varicam & the new 2700 and 3700 Varicams (also the HPX3000, HPX2000, HPX500). Our housing is calibrated to work with the Fujinon HA-13x4.5mm-HD lens. The marine grade aluminum housing is rated to 45m and weighs approximately 35kg when loaded. It can be fitted with a flat borosilicate port or a 9” Aquatica dome port, the housing also has a top mounted 8” 16:9 HD monitor that accepts HD/SDI & HD component signals. The housing can be fitted with a 100metre coaxial cable for surface HD monitoring. It has three independent leak alarms and a rear window to inspect the camera while underwater. This housing and has been tested and used extensively in a range of marine environments including underwater in Antarctica.

THE SEAL SKIN SPLASH BAG

This newly developed waterproof splash bag is made from extremely tough rubberised neoprene. It is designed to be used in surf or pools to a maximum depth of 2 metres The Seal Skin fits any 2/3” camera including all Sony and Panasonic SD and HD models. The regular camera viewfinder can be used and the operator can access the iris, zoom, focus, and record functions. A leak alarm and pressure release valve are build into the Seal Skin as well as a hd-sdi video out cable for monitoring the camera image up to 100 metres away..

	UNDERWATER COMMS OTS underwater communications. Including diver to diver via the wirless Buddyphone system and diver to camera or surface via the EMS-3 mic/earphone installed in a full-face mask.

	We also have the Sony MPK-TRV2 underwater housing. Rated to 75m with lanc A/V protocol. This simple little housing will fit many smaller DVCAM and HDV cameras. It has been modified with interchangeable flat and dome ports and a 5” top mounted SD monitor.
